Below is a list of snacks that work well for our son. Keep in mind, some children "seek" crunchy (my kiddo), some "seek" chewy. You may have to experiment to see what your child prefers.
We have been in intense occupational therapy for just at 3 years and my son can finally tell me that he needs something crunchy. Whew!
I always keep things on hand. It is a must for us and helps tremendously. If there are items that you have found to be helpful for your child please message me so that I can include them.
